Iolo system mechanic reviews9/7/2023 The "premium" monthly support fee which gets included and charges you monthly on top of the software your may have purchased. Especially when you are calling to try and get help on an issue but instead are bombarded by them asking if you would like to increase your subscription to them or get more products. Their first point of contact being a Sales Rep/Support when you contact their number is not helpful at all. Excellent help from the technician once you actually do reach them after jumping through hoops with their initial "support" team. Hence why I am giving the rating the way it is (1 star for the product itself and 1 star for the technician): Note: Apparently, they no longer offer services to login to the account online anymore and instead you need to call them to mange your subscriptions but you wouldn't have known that from the website itself as well. ![]() ![]() It took some time of me saying "No" to everything they tried offering me before they finally relented and switched me over to an actual technician who then helped me with my issue instantly and assisted with canceling the premium monthly support fee going forward. To sell me more products and subscriptions instead of actually helping me resolve my issue.
